Enterprise platform page
Pat was immensely supportive as we were building out an entire new revenue stream at vidIQ. He was an integral part of our success. Pat was always very patient, quick, and efficient with the work he did. I’d be thrilled to work with him again one day!
Samantha Wallace, Enterprise Sales Leader, vidIQEnterprise customers are brands and media networks running multiple channels. The dashboard pulls all of it into one place, so a team can see how every channel is doing and decide where the effort goes next.

Organize the channels first
The first job was a small one. Get the channels organized so somebody running a network could take in the whole set at once. An account comes with a team on it, so roles and permissions were part of the job.
I designed it on the design system and tested it against the code before it shipped. We stayed close to customer success while it rolled out, in case it tripped up anything people were used to.
What the recordings showed
The enterprise team ran the customer interviews. They know their customers and speak the language. My side of the research was the session recordings. Watching how people actually moved through it is where the edge cases came from: the phone layouts, and what happens to a long query when somebody’s connection drops.
Putting it in front of people
Then the marketing page, updated to put the new platform in front of people. I handled the design and engineering built it, with marketing, customer success, product and the coaching team all shipping pieces of it.
