Equineli
John Moreland started Equineli because he was doing all of it himself, buying horses and finding the right people to train and care for them. I designed the system and the screens.

The product could not go offline
Equineli started in 2021, built by Marco Marinovich, an engineer I had worked with for years on client projects. John brought me on to take the design side, and he wanted it in front of a test group at a horse show in June. Every screen had to change underneath people who were already using it.

Mapped to Bootstrap
Color ramps out of the logo they already had, a type scale, and every component in every state. All of it mapped to Bootstrap on purpose, so what landed in Figma was what Marco could build that week.

Live before the show
Then the screens themselves. Horse profiles with their records and nutrition, listings for equine services with ratings and messaging, and the phone layouts for all of it. The push to the show was planned together, and the new screens were live by mid-June, ahead of it.
In the last week I handed over the system, the components, the page templates, and every screen made on them.
