Enterprise
Brands and media networks running multiple channels need to see them in one place and decide where effort goes next. I designed the workspace, and the page sales put in front of buyers. What sits behind the login stays with vidIQ.

Channels and a team
Not everyone on an account should see every channel. I designed the roles that set what each person could open and change, drew them from the design system, and checked all their states against the code before they shipped. Customer success stayed close through the rollout.
From the recordings
The enterprise team ran the interviews and I watched the recordings, following how people actually moved through a whole network’s worth of numbers on one view. Those screens were dense tables, and we got them to hold on a tablet and on a phone. People checked them while they traveled, so a long query could still be running when the connection dropped.
The page sales put in front of buyers
I designed it from what customer success, product and the coaches knew about those conversations. Engineering took my layouts into code.

Pat was immensely supportive as we were building out an entire new revenue stream at vidIQ. He was an integral part of our success. Pat was always very patient, quick, and efficient with the work he did. I’d be thrilled to work with him again one day!
